The long botanical trail in Mošćenička Draga continues further from Ozida, where the shorter trail ends. It takes you mostly through the cultural landscape of southeast Istria. Along the way, you will pass several vineyards and olive groves, as well as some more extreme habitats, such as very dry grasslands along the roads. Right along the roads, you will come across the not-so-common Adriatic strawberry spurge (Euphorbia fragifera). The cultural landscape mosaic is still well preserved here. In this small area, you will see a whole plethora of different elements such as grasslands, forest edges, olive groves, vast fields and vegetable gardens. This diversity also reflects in the number of plant species growing in the area.
